LAND! What is it with our endless fascination with land? True, it’s more what you do with it than merely having deeded ownership of it. However, that is not always the case. This is the exception. This parcel really does not have much use, given it’s residential zoning (camping not technically allowed) and utter lack of drivable access & utilities. But you may still want it.. Why? I don’t know. Maybe a spot for some forest bathing to take in the serene local.
